Our office offers high quality care and multiple payment options for our patients. Please contact our office for questions regarding insurances and payment plans that we currently accept. We can do our absolute best to find out which payment options work best for you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Cash, Check, or Credit Card: Accepted. We do not accept checks on the day of the surgery.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
- Cherry Payment Plans: Apply online or in our office.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
As a courtesy to the patient, we will bill the patient’s insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to the insurance plan. Most insurance companies respond to our claims within four to six weeks. Please contact our office for any questions regarding balances remaining on a mailed statement. Any remaining balance after the insurance has paid its portion is the patient’s responsibility.
